Terms of Service

This is a starting-point terms of service for LaunchStride, a service that generates and hosts websites using AI. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer — have it checked before relying on it for real customers or real payments.

1. What LaunchStride does

You describe your business through a guided conversation. We use an AI model to generate a website for you, which you can refine with further instructions. Once you approve and pay for it, we automatically build and deploy the site to a live domain.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate business information — the site we generate is only as accurate as what you tell us.

3. Payment

Package prices are shown before you approve a purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. One-time build fees are non-refundable once your site has been deployed, except where required by law.

4. Content you provide

You retain ownership of the business information you give us. You're responsible for making sure anything you ask us to publish (business details, testimonials, images) is accurate and that you have the rights to use it.

5. AI-generated content

Site copy, layout, and design choices are generated by an AI model based on your description. Review your site before approving it — we don't guarantee the generated content is accurate, complete, or free of errors.

6. Hosting

Once deployed, your site runs on our hosting infrastructure. We aim to keep it available but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may suspend a deployed site if we reasonably believe it violates these terms or the law.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use LaunchStride to build sites that are illegal, fraudulent, or that infringe someone else's rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
